Qualified Order definition

Qualified Order means a final order, judgment, or decree, which is issued by one of several parties specified in I.R.C. s. 5891, and which contains the following findings with respect to an SSFT: (a) it does not contravene any federal or state statute or the order of any court or responsible administrative authority; and (b) it is in the best interest of the payee, taking into account the welfare and support of his or her dependents.
Qualified Order means an order from a Qualified Customer for iPlanet that meets the terms of the CorpSoft's standard written order acceptance policy, which policy shall be provided to Intraware, shall be reasonable, and shall impose restrictions no more stringent than those which apply to order acceptance in any other area of CorpSoft's business.
Qualified Order means an order from a Qualified Customer for Sun Products that meets the terms of the Software Spectrum’s Global Customer Purchase Order Acceptance Policy, which policy shall impose restrictions no more stringent than those which apply to order acceptance in any other area of Software Spectrum’s business.

Examples of Qualified Order in a sentence

  • New Guarantor shall execute and deliver to Lender the Guaranty (as defined in Article A, Section 8), which shall be equivalent in form and substance to the Carve-Out Guaranty.

More Definitions of Qualified Order
