Qualified Occupancy definition

Qualified Occupancy means occupancy of apartment units by Qualified Tenants.
Qualified Occupancy means occupancy of apartment units by Qualified Tenants. “Qualified Tenants” shall mean any tenants who have incomes of 60% (or such smaller percentage as the General Partner shall agree) or less of the area median gross income, as adjusted for family size, so as to make the Apartment Housing eligible for LIHTC.
Qualified Occupancy means the achievement of occupancy of 100% of the Credit Units in the Project by Qualified Tenants.

Examples of Qualified Occupancy in a sentence

  • From commencement of lease-up through the achievement of Qualified Occupancy, the Compliance Specialist will provide monthly qualification reports and a close-out report no later thirty (30) days following Qualified Occupancy to the Limited Partner, which file reviews and delivery of reports shall be at the Limited Partner’s expense.
