qualified note-taker means: one who is able to take notes effectively and accurately, using any necessary specialized vocabulary and terminology.
qualified note-taker means: a note taker who is able to transcribe voice communications competently, accurately, and impartially, using any specialized terminology necessary to effectively communicate in a hospital setting to a Patient or a Companion who is deaf or hard of hearing, given that individual's language skills and history.

  • Lead Note Holder means the Holder of the Lead Note.
