Qualified Merchants definition

Qualified Merchants means persons engaged in the sale of the Qualified Goods and/or Services and who have entered or will be entering into agreements or arrangements with EZ‑Link or parties appointed by EZ‑Link to accept debits on the stored value on the ez‑link stored value facility as a means of payment for such Qualified Goods and/or Services and may include but not be limited to public transport operators licensed by the relevant authorities in Singapore.

  • Qualified mental health professional means a licensed medical practitioner or any other person meeting the qualifications specified in OAR 309-019-0125.
