Qualified Financial Advisor definition
Qualified Financial Advisor means firms that provide solely financial advisory services to governmental entities and do not underwrite governmental obligations, including bonds.
Qualified Financial Advisor means a person or a firm selected by the Commission who or which engages in the business of advising the management of public agencies similar to the Commission concerning the issuance of debt.
Qualified Financial Advisor means (i) the accounting, appraisal and investment banking firms of national standing as set forth on Schedule 6.3(b)(vii) or (ii) such other accounting, appraisal or investment banking firm of national standing that is engaged by the Company with the prior written consent of each of EIG and IntermediateCo (in each case, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed).
