Qualified experts definition
Qualified experts means those individuals who, by virtue of certification by appropriate boards, professional licenses or academic qualifications and experience, are duly authorized by PNRI to install, maintain, service and conduct acceptance testing of the irradiator;
Qualified experts means individuals whose knowledge in a particular field is necessary within the framework of an inspection, and whose name appears on a list drawn up by the Director-General; conform to Part XI, paragraph B subparagraph 7 of the Verification Annex;
