Qualified Enrollment definition

Qualified Enrollment means a semester of full-time study at Howard University School of Law or full-time study at an approved exchange program. The student must receive written permission from the Admissions and Financial Aid Committee for scholarship funds to be applied to a reduced course load.

  • The Service Fee shall be paid to the Representative for each Qualified Enrollment in accordance with this Agreement as follows: If the Representative requests payment by electronic transfer, the Representative will bear any bank fees or costs for this payment method.
