Qualified Data definition

Qualified Data shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.3 below.
Qualified Data means any and all Data anonymized and de-identified in accordance with all Applicable Law that has no Personally Identifiable Information.

Examples of Qualified Data in a sentence

  • Each declaration shall be accompanied by invoices of all equipment purchases for the prior year applicable to the Qualified Data Center.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, one or more Building(s) (as defined in section 2(a) of this Agreement) may be located on the Facility for Qualified Data Center purposes.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, and subject to earlier termination rights as set forth in this Agreement, if a Qualified Data Center consists of more than one (1) Building, then the term of this Agreement shall remain in effect for each such Building starting upon the date certificate of occupancy is issued for such Building.

  • Qualified Data Management staff will assign preferred term codes from standard dictionaries as required by the protocol.

  • The Qualified Data Processing Addendum located at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (“DPA”) constitutes part of this Agreement.

  • Without limitation of the generality of the preceding sentence, the provisions of this Agreement shall, during the term hereof, bind any Owner, Operator and/or Colocation tenant, or subsequent Owner, Operator, Colocation Tenant and all affiliates of each of them, of the Qualified Data Center(s) contemplated herein, provided the Facility continues to be used as a Qualified Data Center.

  • During the term of the Agreement until the issuance of a building permit (the “Building Permit”) to construct any component of the Qualified Data Center, the Developer shall pay all real and personal property taxes with respect to the Parcel and any personal property thereon in accordance with applicable law.

  • Following qualification for such municipal tax exemptions, Gotspace shall pay Wallingford an annual preliminary payment(s) (each a “Preliminary Payment”) for each parcel of real estate (including but not limited to any parcel of real estate resulting from any subdivision, property split, boundary line adjustment or similar action) within Wallingford upon which Gotspace seeks to develop a Qualified Data Center.

  • Prior to transferring or allowing access to any Qualified Data to a Permitted Recipient (other than the employees of the Company as permitted in Section 11.2), Company shall provide Hadasit with prior written notice of such transfer or access, as appropriate.

  • The Company is not permitted to allow access or to transfer the Qualified Data or to any third party other than its Affiliates, collaborators, licensors, licensees and/or consultants or contractors on a need-to-know basis and for the purposes of or as envisaged under this Agreement, without Hadasit’s prior written consent, but subject to Section 11.2 below.

Related to Qualified Data

  • Deidentified data means data that:

  • De-identified data means information that cannot reasonably be linked to an identified or identifiable individual.

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • Specified Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.19(c).

  • Excluded Data means: (i) data that is classified, used on the U.S. Munitions list (including software and technical data); or both; (ii) articles, services, and related technical data designated as defense articles and defense services; (iii) ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) released data; and (iv) personally identifiable information that is subject to heightened security requirements as a result of Partner or End User’s internal policies or practices, industry-specific standards or by law.
