Qualified Contractors definition

Qualified Contractors means a general contractor that, on the date its name and qualifications are submitted to the Fair Board, and at all times during which it is performing any work at the Premises, shall satisfy all of the following criteria:
Qualified Contractors means the contractors meeting the requirements identified in Section 7.1(h) and 7.1(i) of these General Terms and Conditions.
Qualified Contractors means one who possesses the abilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and training to administer polygraph examinations.
