Examples of Qualified Bonds in a sentence
Qualified Bonds issued by the District to be secured, in whole or in part, by EIP must mature no later than the end of 30th fiscal year after a construction period of not to exceed three (3) years after the fiscal year in which the EIP is first paid to the District or the fiscal year in which this Agreement is subsequently amended.
The parties acknowledge that EIP to the District by the City will be applied exclusively to pay, outstanding District debt, for Qualified Bonds issued by the District these bonds shall only be for infrastructure improvements made by the District within the City of Winter Park.
The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall expire at the earlier of (i) forty (40) years from the Effective Date, or (ii) the date on which all Qualified Bonds issued by the District secured by EIP, have fully matured, amortized or been redeemed, defeased or otherwise been paid in full (the “Expiration Date”).
