Qualified Architect definition

Qualified Architect. Any experienced architect, engineer or construction manager, which may be an employee of Tenant or one of its Affiliates, licensed or registered in the jurisdiction where the applicable Leased Property is located, if required by the laws of such jurisdiction, and has at least five (5) years of architectural experience. Rating Agencies: Any one or more of the following designated by Landlord: Standard & Poor’s Ratings Group, a division of ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇, Inc., ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Investors Service, Inc., Duff & ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Credit Rating Co. and Fitch Ratings, Inc. or any other nationally-recognized statistical rating agency selected by Landlord. Release: Any spilling, leaking, pumping, pouring, emitting, emptying, discharging, injecting, storing, escaping, leaching, dumping, discarding, burying, abandoning, or disposing into the environment. Rent: Collectively, (i) the Base Rent and (ii) Additional Charges.
Qualified Architect means an architect who is appropriately registered and in good standing with the Louisiana State Board of Architectural Examiners to practice architecture within the State of Louisiana.
Qualified Architect means any architect or engineer listed on Exhibit B, or any competent New York licensed architect or engineer selected by Tenant, with Landlord's approval not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed, or conditioned.

Examples of Qualified Architect in a sentence

  • For purposes of this Lease, the Architect shall be deemed a "Qualified Architect" for Landlord.

  • Tenant shall be entitled to designate its "Qualified Architect" at any time by written notice to Landlord.

  • For purposes hereof, a "Qualified Architect" shall mean an architect licensed in the State of California who is familiar with the construction of tenant improvements in warehouse and distribution buildings in the county in which the Building is located.

  • Landlord and Tenant each shall pay one-half of the fee and expenses charged by the Qualified Architect.

  • In the event of timely objection, Landlord shall within an additional ten (10) business days in writing propose another Qualified Architect and the foregoing process shall continue until Landlord and Tenant have agreed upon a Qualified Architect.

  • In the event that Landlord and Tenant elect not to use HKS Architects (or its successors), and if Landlord and Tenant are unable to agree on an architect for purposes hereof within ten (10) Business Days of Landlord’s receipt of Tenant’s objection notice given hereunder, the aforesaid estimated time periods shall be provided by a Qualified Architect chosen by mutual agreement of Qualified Architects appointed by Landlord and Tenant on or before the expiration of said ten (10) Business Day agreement period.

  • If, within fifteen (15) days after Tenant gives such notice, Landlord and Tenant do not agree upon and appoint a Qualified Architect, the Qualified Architect shall be appointed by the Superior Court of the State of California in and for the City and County of San Francisco upon application of either Landlord or Tenant.

  • Within twenty (20) business days after Tenant's Dispute Notice, Landlord shall in writing propose to Tenant its choice of a Qualified Architect.

  • For purposes of this Lease, the Architect shall be deemed a "Qualified Architect" for Landlord and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ A.I.A. shall be deemed a "Qualified Architect" for Tenant.

  • If Tenant reasonably objects to Landlord's proposed Qualified Architect, it shall in writing notify Landlord within ten business days after Landlord's proposal.


More Definitions of Qualified Architect

Qualified Architect means a respondent who is either an individual, or who is company having one or more employees, possessing the qualifications described in this RFQ and that has satisfied any conditions set out by the District for being added to, and staying on, the List of Qualified Architects.
