Qualification Year definition

Qualification Year has the meaning given to it in article 3 of the CRC Order. undertaking and subsidiary undertaking: mean, for the purposes of this paragraph 19 only, an "undertaking" and a "subsidiary undertaking" as defined in the CRC Order. Waste: any waste, including any by-product of an industrial process and anything that is discarded, disposed of, spoiled, abandoned, unwanted or surplus, irrespective of whether it is capable of being recovered or recycled or has any value.
