Qualification Process definition

Qualification Process means the completion of the Pre-selection Process developed and conducted by the TSO as well as the prequalification with the objective of verifying the eligibility for Bid submission.
Qualification Process means the process set out in Section J and BSCP537whereby an Applicant is assessed to determine whether it satisfies the Qualification Requirements (and for the avoidance of doubt where the context allows also includes re-Qualification);
Qualification Process means the process of selecting from among the Prospective Bidders those who will be found eligible to take part in the proposed Bidding Process as Qualified Bidders;

  • All costs and expenses incurred by Contractor Entity or any other party participating in the Qualification Process shall not be reimbursed by Company and are solely for Contractor Entity’s / other party’s account.

  • Contractor Entity should also obtain the written consent of anyone whose information has been included in this Qualification Questionnaire for the use and transfer of such information as appropriate.Purposes and Disclosures1) The information gathered from this Qualification Questionnaire and during Qualification Process is used by Company for legitimate business purposes and in connection with a potential business relationship with Contractor Entity.
