Quadplex definition

Quadplex means four attached dwelling units on a Lot or Parcel. A Large City may define a Quadplex to include any configuration of four detached or attached dwelling units on one Lot or Parcel.
Quadplex means a separate or detached residence with four one-bedroom dwelling units designed and arranged for use by four individuals separated by a horizontal or vertical wall, each of which is heated independently of the others and has its own separate, private means of ingress and egress.
