QTP Rate definition

QTP Rate means the Quality Throughput Pass rate or First Time Pass rate shall be calculated monthly in accordance with the following formula: QTP = (TD-R)/TD Where:

  • Adjusted CD Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07(b).

  • CMS Rate means the applicable swap rate for swap transactions in the Reference Currency with a maturity of the Designated Maturity, expressed as a percentage, which appears on the Relevant Screen Page as at the Specified Time on the relevant Interest Determination Date in question, all as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Cap Rate With respect to any Calculation Period, the rate set forth for such period in the Schedule of Notional Amounts attached hereto. Floating Rate Payer Period End Dates: The 25th calendar day of each month during the Term of this Transaction, commencing April 25, 2007 and ending on the Termination Date, subject to adjustment in accordance with the Business Day Convention. Floating Rate Payer Payment Dates: Early Payment shall be applicable. One Business Day preceding each Floating Rate Payer Period End Date. Floating Rate Option: USD-LIBOR-BBA, provided, however, that if the Floating Rate determined from such Floating Rate Option for any Calculation Period is greater than 9.00000% then the Floating Rate for such Calculation Period shall be deemed to be 9.00000%.

  • Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, at any time with respect to any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum equal to the LIBOR Rate as in effect at such time plus the Applicable Margin Percentage for LIBOR Loans as in effect at such time.
