Code (Section 1046 of the Puerto Rico Internal Revenue Code of 1994, as amended, with respect to calendar years commencing before January 1, 2011, and Section 1040.08 of the Internal Revenue Code for a New Puerto Rico of 2011, as amended, with respect to calendar years commencing after December 31, 2010).

Examples of QSO in a sentence

  • This provision shall apply to PHI and substance abuse treatment records that are in the possession of subcontractors or agents of the QSO.

  • The QSO shall extend the protections of this QSOA to such PHI and substance abuse treatment records and limit further uses and disclosures of it to those purposes that make the return or destruction infeasible, for so long as the QSO maintains such PHI and substance abuse treatment records.
