QSM definition

QSM means the Bank’s automated cheque deposit machine.
QSM means the performance management mechanism, which sets out the service output levels to which the Operational Services are to be performed, and the consequences on the Supplier of any failure by the Supplier to perform as prescribed therein;

  • Notices to QSM shall be addressed to the attention of its Co-Chief Executive Officer, with a copy to its Vice President, Sales, at the address specified in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

  • The Borrower, ACP, QMA, HCM, CDR, HSA, QSM and the Bank have agreed to amend the Credit Agreement as hereinafter set forth.
