Examples of QS Manager in a sentence

  • QS Member may, without the approval or consent of any other Member, remove and replace any QS Manager.

  • The act of a majority of the committee members present at a meeting at which there is a quorum will be the act of such committee, provided that at least one (1) QS Manager and at least one (1) VW Manager have consented to such act.

  • If any QS Manager ceases to serve as a Manager for any reason, then QS Member will have the right to appoint, without the approval or consent of VW Member, a successor to such QS Manager.
