Qpass means Qpass, Inc., ATTWS's vendor for e-Wallet functionality and limited agent with respect to the receipt of Transaction Data.

  • If a Content Provider offering does not achieve certification on its second submission, the Content Provider must contract with Qpass for professional service assistance at the then-prevailing rates.
