Contractor and the State have, through their duly authorized representatives, entered into this Sub-agreement Scope of Work, as represented from the Master Services Agreement for QPA# XXXXX.
Additional State Agencies and Local Entities that are not listed on Exhibit A may purchase from the awarded Contractor the commodities and services listed for the INDOT district in which they are located at that district’s QPA price upon mutual agreement between both parties.

This QPA is being issued solely to provide a payment and tracking method.
