QNX Software definition

QNX Software means the QNX Product Suite, but excluding (i) Open Source Materials, as identified for the QNX 6 generation of the QNX Product Suite in the License Guides and Third Party License Terms Lists in Sections 1.4(a)(ii)-(iv) of Schedule 3.35 of the Disclosure Letter, (ii) Licensed IP in the QNX Product Suites, as identified in Section 1.6 of Schedule 3.35 of the Disclosure Letter, (iii) any other third Person’s Software or Intellectual Property Rights identified in the License Guides or Third Party License Terms Lists identified in Sections 1.4(a)(ii)-(iv) of Schedule 3.35 of the Disclosure Letter as not being included or licensed by the QNX Entities as part of the QNX Product Suite; and (iv) COTS Software.
QNX Software means the BlackBerry proprietary software made available to You when You (or the company You represent) have obtained a software license to one or more products in the BlackBerry QNX product portfolio products and shall comprise all software delivered to You that is falls within the definition of “Software” under the Development License Agreement (defined below).
QNX Software means the proprietary, commercially released computer operating system and development tool software products and ancillary software listed in Schedule 3.1(36)(b);

Examples of QNX Software in a sentence

  • Licensee acknowledges and warrants that it acquires no title in or to the QNX Software, including any intellectual property rights.

  • QSS licenses the QNX Software Development Platform for commercial development activities.

  • In the event that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ takes possession of said premises prior to the Lease Commencement Date, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will perform and observe all of LESSEE's covenants from the date upon which ▇▇▇▇▇▇ takes possession except the obligation for the payment of extra rent for any period of less than one month.

  • QSS may contact you to ask about your impressions of the Software, the QNX Software Development Platform, the myQNX Portal or the QNX developer community.

  • QNX, Neutrino, Aviage and Momentics are registered trademarks and/or trademarks of QNX Software Systems GmbH & Co. KG and are used under license by QNX Software Systems International Corporation.

  • QNX AVIAGE MIDDLEWARE PRODUCT ADDENDUM QNX Software Systems licenses and distributes certain QNX Aviage Middleware Products for use by its customers, subject to the terms of the QNX Commercial Software License Agreement (the "License") and the additional terms in this QNX Aviage Middleware Product Addendum.

  • The description contained in Schedule 3.1(36)(b) is a full and complete list of the QNX Software with no material omissions.

Related to QNX Software

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Font Software means software or instructions which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all Subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.
