QMB Only definition

QMB Only means a QMB who does not qualify for any additional QMB Medicaid Benefits.
QMB Only means a person who qualifies to receive Medicare services only and cost-sharing assistance known as Qualified Medicare Beneficiary program (QMB). For the purpose of Article 2 of this Chapter, QMB includes members defined in A.R.S. § 36-2971(5).

  • Publicly owned treatment works or “POTW” means any device or system used in the treatment (including recycling and reclamation) of municipal sewage or industrial wastes of a liquid nature which is owned by a “State” or “municipality” (as defined by section 502(4) of the CWA).
