Customer will not assign or transfer this Agreement or its rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without the prior written consent of Qlik.
Customer agrees to pay all applicable taxes, public fees, duties, deductions or withholdings for which Qlik is required to pay or account, exclusive of any tax on Qlik’s income.
To make a warranty claim, Customer must notify Qlik in writing during the limited warranty period.
