child care centre means a building used for the daily accommodation and care of 6 or more children under 18 years of age in the absence of their parents or guardians;
Foster care means substitute care furnished on a 24-hour a day basis to an eligible child, in a licensed foster care facility or approved shelter care facility, by a person or agency other than the child’s parent or guardian, but does not include care provided in a family home through an informal arrangement for a period of less than 30 days. Child foster care shall include but is not limited to the provision of food, lodging, training, education, supervision, and health care.
Child care center means an entity that regularly provides child day care and early learning services for a group of children for periods of less than twenty-four hours licensed by the Washington state department of early learning under chapter 170-295 WAC.
Primary care giver" means a person who assumes the principal role of providing care and attention to a child.
Customer Care Centre means a department or a section or a facility established under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 25 by the distributor of television for addressing service requests, answering queries, recording of complaints, and redressal of grievances of consumers, by telephonic or electronic means or by any other means.
Nursing care means the practice of nursing by a licensed nurse, including tasks and functions relating to the provision of "nursing care" that are taught or delegated under specified conditions by a registered nurse to a person other than licensed nursing personnel, as governed by ORS chapter 678 and rules adopted by the Oregon State Board of Nursing in OAR chapter 851.
Medical care means amounts paid for:
Home care means care and treatment of an insured under a plan of care established, approved in writing and reviewed at least every 2 months by the attending physician, unless the attend- ing physician determines that a longer interval between reviews is sufficient, and consisting of one or more of the following:

Skilled Nursing Care means services requiring the skill, training or supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
Day care center means any child day care facility other than a family day care home, and includes infant centers, preschools, extended day care facilities and school age child care centers.
Foster care services means the provision of a full range of casework, treatment and community
Environmental and Social Management Framework or “ESMF” means an instrument satisfactory to the Association, prepared and adopted by the Recipient and dated February 5, 2010 outlining the process for management of the environmental and social aspects of the Project as the same may be amended from time to time with the Association’s prior written concurrence.
Marihuana means that term as defined in section 7106 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.7106.
Environmental and Social Management Plan or “ESMP” means a site-specific environmental and social management plan to be prepared in accordance with the parameters laid down in the ESMF and acceptable to the Association, setting forth a set of mitigation, monitoring, and institutional measures to be taken during the implementation and operation of the Project activities to eliminate adverse environmental and social impacts, offset them, or reduce them to acceptable levels, and including the actions needed to implement these measures.
Day Care Centre means any institution established for day care treatment of illness and/or injuries or a medical setup with a hospital and which has been registered with the local authorities, wherever applicable, and is under supervision of a registered and qualified medical practitioner and must comply with all minimum criterion as under -
HCP means a Habitat Conservation Plan prepared pursuant to § 10(a)(2)(A) of the ESA (16 U.S.C. § 1539(a)(2)(A)).
primary carer means the person who has responsibility for the care of the Child. Only one person can be the Child’s Primary Carer on a particular day.
Child care services means the range of activities and programs provided by a certificate holder to an enrolled child, including personal care, supervision, education, guidance, and transportation.
New Jersey Stormwater Best Management Practices (BMP) Manual or “BMP Manual” means the manual maintained by the Department providing, in part, design specifications, removal rates, calculation methods, and soil testing procedures approved by the Department as being capable of contributing to the achievement of the stormwater management standards specified in this chapter. The BMP Manual is periodically amended by the Department as necessary to provide design specifications on additional best management practices and new information on already included practices reflecting the best available current information regarding the particular practice and the Department’s determination as to the ability of that best management practice to contribute to compliance with the standards contained in this chapter. Alternative stormwater management measures, removal rates, or calculation methods may be utilized, subject to any limitations specified in this chapter, provided the design engineer demonstrates to the municipality, in accordance with Section IV.F. of this ordinance and N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), that the proposed measure and its design will contribute to achievement of the design and performance standards established by this chapter.
Routine care means medical care which is not urgent or emergent in nature and can wait for a regularly scheduled physician appointment without risk of permanent damage to the patient’s life or health status. The condition requiring routine care is not likely to substantially worsen without immediate clinical intervention.
URGENT CARE CENTER means a healthcare center either affiliated with a hospital or other institution or independently owned and operated. These centers may also be referred to as walk-in centers.
