Employer and Employee representatives (as per section 3 “composition”)/delegates on the QICC intend to be open with one another and share information in as timely a manner as possible.
On a yearly basis, four (4) weeks prior to the last QICC meeting of the year, the QICC is to call for staff to fill the ten (10) employee representative roles (including delegate roles).
One current employee representative/delegate should be nominated from each group to email their staff group (i.e. admin and officials) calling for nominations and to collate the nominations for report back at the last QICC meeting of the year.
