QI Agreement definition

QI Agreement means the qualified intermediary withholding agreement between the T2CB as Qualified Intermediary and the IRS, as such agreement may be amended from time to time.
QI Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between the T1CB and the IRS pursuant to an application dated <> by the T1CB to the IRS, as such agreement may be amended from time to time;
