To support the distinct governance functions associated with participation in the eHealth Exchange QHIN, and to meet the QHIN governance requirements established by the RCE and ONC, there shall be a “QHIN Governance Committee” or “QGC.” The QGC shall include representatives of organizations participating in the eHealth Exchange QHIN, as set forth in the TEFCA Protocols.
