Examples of QF Plan in a sentence
If any QF Plan delivered pursuant to clause (a) above is not reasonably acceptable to the Majority Lenders, the Administrative Agent or the Majority Institutions shall notify the Borrower of such determination and the reasons therefor, and the Borrower shall have an additional period of 30 days following receipt of such notification to submit an alternative QF Plan reasonably acceptable to the Majority Lenders.
