QF Contracts definition

QF Contracts means (i) those two power purchase contracts entered into pursuant to Seller's obligations under the Public Utility Regulatory Act of 1978 ("PURPA") with two hydroelectric projects, both of which are "Qualifying Facilities" under PURPA, and (ii) the power purchase contract entered into pursuant to Seller's obligations under PURPA with a landfill gas-fired facility, which is a "Qualifying Facility" under PURPA; true and correct copies of all three QF Contracts are attached as Schedule 1.1(197) hereto.
