QEPA definition

QEPA means the agreement between a QE and NYeC regarding such QE’s participation in the SHIN-NY and the respective roles and responsibilities between and among the HINs (e.g., the Qualified Entity Participation Agreement or any agreement that amends and/or restates, modifies, or replaces such agreement).
QEPA is the qualified entity participation agreement, between Healthix and New York eHealth Collaborative, under which Healthix is considered a QE that is entitled to participate in the SHIN-NY under the terms of the QEPA.

  • Entity acknowledges that the QEPA requires Healthix to include certain requirements in this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Section 14 to the contrary, any Dispute among only HINs governed by any QEPA, any ▇▇▇▇, or any Funding Agreement shall be subject to the applicable dispute resolution procedures set forth in such QEPA, such ▇▇▇▇, or such Funding Agreement and shall not be subject to this Section 14.

  • The limitations of liability set forth in this Section 15.4 shall only apply in respect of Losses payable by one Party to another Party where one such Party is Participant, it being understood that limitations of liability with respect to Losses payable by one HIN to another HIN shall be set forth in and governed by the QEPA.

  • The terms of reference for the Steering Committee is to be agreed by the Commonwealth, QEPA and the Trustee.

  • EPA means the United States Environmental Protection Agency.

  • Health and Safety Plan means a documented plan which addresses hazards identified and includes safe work procedures to mitigate, reduce or control the hazards identified;
