All disputes, differences or questions at any time arising between the parties as to the construction of this agreement or as to any matter or thing arising out of this Agreement or in any way connected therewith (which cannot be settled by mutual agreement) shall be referred to the arbitration of the Chairman QCI or to any other person to be nominated by him.
