QAG definition

QAG means that certain quality agreement between the Parties that governs their respective responsibilities related to quality systems and quality requirements for the Product(s) Manufactured hereunder, including quality control, testing and release of such Product(s) at the Facility. Clinical Products and Commercial Products shall have separate forms of QAGs.
