QAF Payments definition
QAF Payments means any and all payments made to the Hospitals and any and all payments to which an Affiliate receives or is entitled to claim or receive under the Medi-Cal Hospital Quality Assurance Fee Program, as now existing or, as amended and superseded by any other California legislation, or any successor legislation which imposes a fee or tax on hospitals that is used to generated additional or supplemental Medi-Cal payments to hospitals and/or Medi-Cal managed care plans to be used for hospital services, including the Hospital Quality Assurance Fee Act of 2011 (California Welfare and Institutions Code, Chapter 7, Article 5.227) and any subsequent California legislation relating to QAF Payments.
