QAD definition

QAD means, collectively, the departments and/or divisions within the Port Authority that are responsible for enforcing government oversight relating to the Port Authority Manual and compliance with Legal Requirements related to design and construction, including the Quality Assurance Division (QAD) and the Resident Engineer's Office (REO).
QAD means the department responsible for quality assurance in the MoE.
QAD shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.2.
