QAD definition

QAD means, collectively, the departments and/or divisions within the Port Authority that are responsible for enforcing government oversight relating to the Port Authority Manual and compliance with Legal Requirements related to design and construction, including the Quality Assurance Division (QAD) and the Resident Engineer’s Office (RED).
QAD shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.2.

  • Qard means a contract of lending money whereby the borrower is obliged to repay the equivalent amount to lender.
