It shall be the responsibility of the Developer, in conjunction with the Architect, to (a) observe during Project visits, whether the Contractor and its subcontractors are meeting and complying with the requirements of the QAC Plan and (b) promptly report to the Owner any failure of any person or entity to adhere to or meet the requirements of the QAC Plan of which the Developer has actual knowledge.
