Q&A Sessions definition

Q&A Sessions. The Q&A sessions held between the Buyer together with its advisors and certain employees of the Group during the course of the due diligence process.
Q&A Sessions means all information connected to questions on the Company asked by the Purchaser and/or its representatives or advisors, and the relevant answers in writing thereto provided by the Seller, its representatives or advisors and/or the Company’s management.
