Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) Plan: • Prepare a project specific QA/QC plan and submit to the County within thirty (30) days of notice to proceed.
After acceptance by the TOLLWAY, the DESIGN SECTION ENGINEER must adhere to this QA/QC Plan and will be required to periodically confirm, in writing, that they have complied with the approved plan.
The QA/QC Plan must follow the GUIDELINES FOR the DESIGN SECTION ENGINEER’S QUALITY PROGRAM, which will be provided by the TOLLWAY.
The Design-Builder is responsible for continuous quality control and quality assurance in accordance with the QA/QC Plan.

The Contractor shall deploy an adequate number of suitable staff whose sole responsibility shall be to strictly implement the QA/QC Plan and conduct necessary tests to ensure the highest quality standards are being met.
