QA/QC Plan definition

QA/QC Plan means the comprehensive construction quality assurance and quality control plan described in Section 3.5.
QA/QC Plan has the meaning set forth in Paragraph 7.1.
QA/QC Plan means the plan prepared by Design-Builder in accordance with Task 9.2 of the Scope of Work (Phase 1B), as updated in accordance with this Agreement.

Examples of QA/QC Plan in a sentence

  • Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) Plan: • Prepare a project specific QA/QC plan and submit to the County within thirty (30) days of notice to proceed.

  • After acceptance by the TOLLWAY, the DESIGN SECTION ENGINEER must adhere to this QA/QC Plan and will be required to periodically confirm, in writing, that they have complied with the approved plan.

  • The QA/QC Plan must follow the GUIDELINES FOR the DESIGN SECTION ENGINEER’S QUALITY PROGRAM, which will be provided by the TOLLWAY.

  • The Design-Builder is responsible for continuous quality control and quality assurance in accordance with the QA/QC Plan.

  • The local contractor or designated laboratory shall have a Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Plan.

  • The following sequence shall be included in Seller’s QA/QC Plan provided in accordance with Article 5 of the Agreement: Seller shall keep a “Three-Month Look Ahead Inspection Schedule,” which shall be updated on a regular basis as part of the monthly report to be delivered under Section 5.11 of the main body of the Agreement.

  • Respondents shall follow, as appropriate, “Quality Assurance/Quality Control Guidance for Removal Activities: Sampling QA/QC Plan and Data Validation Procedures” (OSWER Directive No. 9360.4-01, April 1, 1990), as guidance for QA/QC and sampling.

  • UARTICLE XVII UQuality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) Plan The DESIGN SECTION ENGINEER’S QA/QC PLAN for this PROJECT must be presented by the DESIGN SECTION ENGINEER fourteen (14) days after receiving the signed contract.

  • An additional QA/QC Plan is outlined in separate Subsection of these specifications.

  • The Contractor shall deploy an adequate number of suitable staff whose sole responsibility shall be to strictly implement the QA/QC Plan and conduct necessary tests to ensure the highest quality standards are being met.

Related to QA/QC Plan

  • EHC plan means an Education, Health and Care plan made under sections 37(2) of the Children and Families Act 2014.

  • RBC plan means a comprehensive financial plan containing the elements specified in K.S.A. 40-2c06, and amendments thereto. If the commissioner rejects the RBC plan, and it is revised by the insurer, with or without the commissioner's recommendation, the plan shall be called the "revised RBC plan."

  • Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.

  • Company 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.09(a).

  • Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner; and
