Q-H:ELP Process means Owner’s Q-H:ELP (Quality Challenges: Recognition, Solution and Prevention) cooperation and escalation process set forth in the “Supplier Cooperation Model Q-H:ELP @ IPS” available on the Mercedes-Benz Supplier Portal: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.

  • In the event Contractor has consistent problems with quality, logistics, development, installation, or any other part of Contractor’s responsibilities under this Agreement, Owner may, at its sole discretion place the Contractor into its Q-H:ELP Process, including escalating or reducing Contractor’s Q-H:ELP level or classification, which may require the implementation or following of additional measures.
