Q-Flow definition

Q-Flow means Company's proprietary Workflow software application which automates and monitors standardized business processes within an organization.

  • As used in this Section 9, "Competitive Business" shall mean a business providing products or services similar to, or competitive with, those provided by Company during the term of this Agreement, and "Similar Application" shall mean a software program having substantially similar functionality to Q-Flow or Quetzal SC.
