PYA definition

PYA means PYA/Monarch, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
PYA shall have the sole discretion to determine the actual placement of the sign. “Patron” will determine what shall be written on the sign; however the design and content must be approved by the “PYA,” who shall have complete discretion in approving the sign. It shall be the sole responsibility of the “PYA” to maintain the sign and in the event the sign is destroyed or damaged, it is the sole obligation of the “PYA” to replace or repair the sign, within a reasonable time frame. The cost to “Patron” is $750.00, this amount must be remitted with this Agreement. It is further agreed that the “Patron” shall have the right to renew this Agreement for the following year, at the renewal price of $750.00.
PYA means Pershing Yoakley & Associates, P.C. with offices in Clearwater Florida; each of its shareholders, its agents, representatives, employees, officers, and directors (in such capacities only); its successors and assigns; and each entity it controls.
