PWT will take the steps it deems necessary to expedite production and/or shipment of the Products in order to deliver them in due time.
The estimated cost and time allocated to the scope of supply may be subject to change and are contingent upon factors beyond the control of PWT.
PWT is only responsible for the characteristics of the Products and not for the circumstances of their use or for any non-authorized alteration of the Products.
Upon request, PWT shall inform Client as to the status of the order.
