PWPA definition
PWPA means the Power and Water Purchase Agreement dated 6 December 2006 (and as amended from time to time) and entered into by the Licensee and the PWP for, amongst other things, the purchase and sale of the Production Capacity and Output from the Production Facilities;
PWPA means the Power and Water Purchase Agreement effective from 1st May 2005 and entered into by the Licensee and the PWP for, amongst other things, the purchase and sale of the Production Capacity and Output from the Production Facilities;
PWPA means the Power and Water Purchase Agreement dated 26 November 2000 and entered into by the Licensee and the Ministry of Housing, Electricity and Water (the Ministry of Housing, Electricity and Water's interests under which agreement having been subsequently novated to the PWP) for, amongst other things, the purchase and sale of the Production Capacity and Output from the Production Facilities;
