PWP definition

PWP means the Oman Power and Water Procurement Company SAOC referred to in Article (66) of the Sector Law, having the functions assigned to it under the Sector Law;
PWP or “Public Works Project” means the Republic of Yemen’s legally separate project implementation unit, established within the framework of the Credit Agreement number 2878 Yemen dated June 27, 1996, between Government of Yemen and World Bank which was ratified by the Parliament and approved by a Presidential Decree number No. 36 of December 27, 1996, and responsible for, inter alia, poverty reduction and social and economic development in Yemen.

  • A draft QMP shall be provided in an electronic editable file format when the draft PWP is provided to City.

  • If the ineligible or additional work is preliminary engineering, the payment shall be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of preliminary engineering work on the PWP.
