Except as set forth in Section 3.1.9 of Sellers' Disclosure Schedule, none of the Sellers has received notification alleging that it is in violation of any Law, in the case of GenWest, applicable to it, the Project or the Purchased Assets, and in the case of PWCC and PWEC, applicable to the Project or the Purchased Assets.
