The Voting Members shall vote upon all matters upon which the Members have the right to in proportion to their PVI.

The national account or affinity groups that PVI may market to will be defined and identified by PVI and will be at the sole discretion of PVI.
PVI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, to the Master Distributor with respect to the Services.
