PV Ratio definition

PV Ratio means, at any time, the ratio expressed as a percentage equal to: L T Where, L is, at any time, the aggregate amount of the principal amount of all outstanding Loans and any accrued (but unpaid) interest, fees and expenses thereon at that time. M is the Margin Value at that time. T is the Market Value at that time.
