PV Module definition

PV Module means each solar photovoltaic module incorporated into the Project.
PV Module means a photovoltaic electricity-generating panel using any variety of silicon and deposited metals with peak electricity production of less than five hundred seventy-five (575) watts and dimensions with a maximum limit of two hundred fifty cent▇▇▇▇▇rs (250 cm) by one hundred fifty centimeters (150 cm).
PV Module means a solar photovoltaic panel or module designed to convert solar irradiance to electrical energy;

  • If any PV Module fails to conform to this Limited Warranty and provided that any loss in power is determined by SunPower in its sole discretion (without prejudice of customer’s rights under applicable English law as set out in paragraph 7 below) not to have resulted from one of the excluded events set forth in Section 4 below, then for the Warranty Period, SunPower will repair, replace or refund the defective PV Modules as set forth herein.

  • Normal wear and tear of PV Module materials can include, but is not limited to, fading of frame color, weathering of glass coatings, and areas of discoloration around or over individual solar cells or any part of the PV Module.

PV Module means each solar photovoltaic module incorporated into the Project. “PV Plant” means the solar photovoltaic electric generation facility, with a PV Plant Capacity equal to at least the Minimum PV Plant Capacity, to be located and constructed in accordance with this Agreement on the Project Site, and all related assets and properties, including [●], ancillary equipment, the Electrical Interconnection Facilities, Protective Apparatus, the applicable portions of the Project Site, the Transferred Closing Tangible Personal Property and the Transferred Post-Closing Tangible Personal Property, and, subject to the other terms hereof, any additions thereto or replacements to any of the foregoing, it being understood and agreed that, as used herein, “PV Plant” includes any common facilities between such solar photovoltaic electric generation facility (and related assets and properties) and the ▇▇▇▇. A general description of the PV Plant is provided in Schedule 1.1D.
