Putative Class Action definition

Putative Class Action means the consolidated lawsuit filed in the California Superior Court by certain individual Noteholders in which they seek certification of the Noteholders as a class represented by the named plaintiffs therein to pursue alleged causes of action arising from and relating to R.E. Loans.
