Purported Class Members. Individuals, who may or may not have filed Claims, and who either attest to, or inquire as to, their membership in the Class, but whose membership in the Class has not yet been ascertained by the Class Administrator.
Examples of Purported Class Members in a sentence
Upon the issuance by the Court of a Preliminary Approval Order or a subsequent order, the Class Administrator shall cause the Notices as described above to be mailed or sent promptly to all Class Members whose addresses can be reasonably ascertained and to all Purported Class Members who request a copy.
