Scrapped means to render inoperable and available for recycle, and, at a minimum, to specifically cut a 3-inch hole in the engine block for all engines. If any Eligible Vehicle will be replaced as part of an Eligible project, Scrapped shall also include the disabling of the chassis by cutting the vehicle’s frame rails completely in half.
Moped means every vehicle that travels on not more than three wheels in contact with the ground
GED means general educational development.
Keys means keys, codes or devices in the Seller’s possession or control for all locks or security systems on the Property or necessary to access the Property;
Jobsite means the immediate work area within the property lines of a single construction project, alteration project, or maintenance project where electrical construction or alteration of electrical wiring is in progress.
Log means the up-to-date log that is used to track all Modifications to the Facility since the date of this Certificate as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.
Recyclable means material that can be sorted, cleansed, and reconstituted using the City’s available recycling collection programs for the purpose of using the altered form in the manufacture of a new product. Recycling does not include burning, incinerating, converting, or otherwise thermally destroying solid waste.
Samples mean representative physical examples of materials, equipment or workmanship, used to confirm compliance with requirements and/or to establish standards for use in execution of the Work.
recyclable waste means the waste that is commonly found in the MSW. It is also called as "Dry Waste". These include many kinds of glass, paper, metal, plastic, textiles, electronics goods, etc.
Company Data means all data collected, generated, or received in connection with the marketing, delivery, or use of any Company Product, including Personal Data.
Recyclable Materials means materials that are separated from mixed municipal solid waste for the purpose of recycling or composting, including paper, glass, plastics, metals, automobile oil, batteries, source-separated compostable materials, and sole source food waste streams that are managed through biodegradative processes. Refuse-derived fuel or other material that is destroyed by incineration is not a recyclable material. (Minn. Stat. § 115A.03, Subd. 25a)
Medical Records the Study Subjects’ primary medical records kept by the Institution on behalf of the Study Subjects, including, without limitation, treatment entries, x-rays, biopsy reports, ultrasound photographs and other diagnostic images. Archives means the archives of Michigan.
Vital records means certificates or reports of birth, death, fetal death, marriage, dissolution, annulment, and related data.
Recyclables means Solid Waste that may be reclaimed and/or processed and used in the production of raw materials or products.
Files means all performance reviews, any other files related to job performance, administrative files, grievances, previous personnel applications, personnel-related claims, disciplinary actions, and all complaints, early warnings, and commendations, but does not include nonperformance or conduct-related data, including medical files, schedules, pay and benefit information, or similar administrative data or information.
Electronic and Information Resources means information resources, including information resources technologies, and any equipment or interconnected system of equipment that is used in the creation, conversion, duplication, or delivery of data or information. The term includes telephones and other telecommunications products, information kiosks, transaction machines, Internet websites, multimedia resources, and office equipment, including copy machines and fax machines.
Computer means an electronic device that accepts information in digital or similar form and manipulates it for a result based on a sequence of instructions.
Materials means things of all kinds (other than Plant) to be supplied and incorporated in the Works by the Contractor.
Files and Records means all files and records of Seller relating to the Business, whether in hard copy or magnetic or other format including customer and supplier lists and records; equipment maintenance records; equipment warranty information; plant plans, specifications and drawings; sales and advertising material; computer software; technical and research analyses; engineering, sales, marketing and other studies, data and plans; bid information; quality assurance records; and records relating to those employees of Seller who may become employed by Purchaser following the Closing.
Badge means a form of identification issued by the Commission identifying a registrant or licensee.
Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.
Electronically Stored Information means any system backup tapes, any electronic mail (whether on an exchange or other similar system), any data on personal computers and any data on server hard drives.
Ped means a unit of soil structure, such as an aggregate, crumb, prism, block, or granule formed by natural processes.
Password is the customer-generated code selected by you for use during the initial sign-on, or the codes you select after the initial sign-on, that establishes your connection to the Service;
Walked means when an Attendee with a confirmed reservation is denied a room for any reason.
